Is there a way I can get caught for buying an academic copy of adobe cs3 from a student and using it for commercial purposes? Should I register it in the student’s name or my name? Thanks.

it is possible, but is very unlikely as there are SOOOOOO many people using cracked downloaded versions you would be the least of their worries, i wouldnt register it at all, but if you really wanna play safe register it in the students name

I want to get back as much money as possible for my copy of Adobe CS4 Design Premium. I am thinking I should try craigslist before listing on ebay. But what region should I list in? I am in a very small town. I don’t think a listing for my local craigslist would do well.
