I opened an image in adobe photoshop, added text, and then used the slice tool to make the different words into links. when i saved it, it saved as an html and picture combo. i want to add this picture with links as the header to my website. i tried to add the pictures separately as the header, but it doesn’t work. the html document it gave me is beautiful and works perfectly though. i can view the source of the html it gives me and then copy and paste the code into my site where i want it to go, but i feel like that isn’t at all the right way to do it. what is the right way?

i hope this makes sense. i obviously am new at this

There is no right way, but the way you have already thought of (“view the source of the html … and then copy and paste the code into [your] site where [you] want it to go”) is probably the simplest.

Question by NellieFish: How do you get rid of a the background on Photoshop, and leave just a line drawing?
I have a line drawing that I’ve scanned into my computer. The only trouble is, I don’t like the paper I’ve drawn it on, and I’d like to get rid of it leaving just the line drawing.
I’m using Photoshop Elements 7, and I’ve tried the eraser tool on that, but that just takes too long, and it requires a lot of effort.
Is there a quick and easy way to get rid of the background?

Question by marizzles: I want to get Photoshop just for fun. Any tips on what to get and what type to buy?
I’ve seen those pretty pictures with special effect and stuff. And I wanna get a program that would let me do all those stuff. Anyone know a good program to buy? Or what type of Photoshop should I get?

Get the latest offcourse. CS3. But I think its a bit expensive to buy a Photoshop just for that.

go to template

Click on the title bar edit, choose your picture instead of words options> upload your picture. Be sure that you saved it in jpeg format otherwise it won’t take.
